The program operates from September to March each year and targets athletes aged 13 & 14 who meet the relevant selection criteria. The 2008/2009 squad consists of female players aged 16 and male players aged 13 & 14.

The 08/09 JWFF Squad is – Sophie Thompson, Zoe Lattanzi, Laani Winkler-Harding, Gergia Keen, Jaiden Walker, Ben Butler, Byron Milne, Kalen Petrie, Karl DeGroot, Sam Kerry, Dan Schneider, Josh Wallen.
