Tamworth has proved to be a happy hunting ground for FFNC as our SYL teams secured three wins from four starts yesterday.

The Grade 14 Boys started the day in great style banging three unanswered goals past Northern Inland.  The 15 Girls then continued the trend with a fine 3- 0 win to bring a smile to the face of coach Marty Brennan and some positive vibes amongst the FFNC camp.

The Grade 13 Boys then took to the field and to everyones delight outclassed Northern Inland with 4 - 0 rout.

The only down side to the day was unfortunately the loss by the Grade 15 side who continue to battle away with limited numbers, relying on their younger counterparts to back up each week.  Recent results have seen this side make some progress but the loss to a much stronger and physical Northern Inland outfit has again put them on the back foot.

With a well deserved bye weekend coming up the FFNC camp has the chance to regroup and look forward to the visit of Hunter Valley on 28th May.
